With our property facing west our guest enjoy spectacular sunsets 365 days a year and with prevailing winds our turquoise waters remain clear and tranquil almost all year round.
On our flawless white powder beach we have four gas bbq grills where you can enjoy your grilled steaks and wine on the waters edge, perfect for a get together with family or friends.
You can also lounge on the beach front patios in our comfortable sofas and chairs to watch the fabulous sunsets on the Seven Mile Beach. About 100 feet from the shores you can see beautiful coral reefs at about 10 - 15ft. deep.
Bring along your laptop The Meridian is happy to offer free wireless Internet. Services available within walking distance are sailboats, jet ski's and parasailing. Our office staff can arrange many trips and excursion to suit your needs. Have your groceries delivered to your villa prior to your arrival by one of our cocierge services.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $50us. Or:
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 60 days or arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Fees/Taxes
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
