Just returned from 5 nights at the Regal Beach Club. Awesome condo complex on Seven Mile Beach next to the Marriott. The location is perfect as you have a wonderful wide beach, private pools, easy access to beach chairs and umbrellas at Regal Beach, with the availability to jet ski, sail, etc. with the activities at the Marriott.

There is a small coral reef just off the beach where lots of fish tend to gather. These new condos offer a luxurious place for a romantic getaway, family escape or business retreat. With all of the amenities that you'd expect from a deluxe condo resort, including 2 sparkling swimming pools (one is shallow for small children), a whirlpool, a night-lit tennis court, exercise facilities, and gas BBQ's for guests to enjoy. At Regal Beach Club, each deluxe Seven Mile Beach condo unit is graciously furnished and comes with central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, VCR, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and icemaker, plus two full bathrooms, telephone, washer and dryer, and a private balcony or patio overlooking the pool and white sand beach. All 2 bedroom units offer an ocean view. 2 bedroom oceanview "III" is the furthest from the beach, whereas 2 bedroom oceanview "I" is the closest of the oceanview units to the beach. All 3 bedroom units are directly beachfront. All units come with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen or 2 twin beds in the other bedroom(s). A queen sofa bed is also provided in most units. Daily maid service is provided except on Sundays.
Cancellation Policy
- The payment is non-refundable. Your payment can however be applied to a new
reservation as long as it is within 1 year of your original arrival date.
- XMAS: Cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.
Fees/Taxes
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Children under 12 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Each extra adult add $25us/night. Max. 6 people in 2 bedroom units.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax + 6 % service charge.
- A 2 night minimum stay is required during the summer season.
- A 3 night minimum stay is required during the winter season.
- A 7 night minimum stay is required over XMAS season.
