Marriott Beach Resort Reviews

Perfect

We just returned from a week at the Marriott Grand Cayman Resort, and had a wonderful time. We had an oceanfront room on the second floor. The room was good sized, very clean, and had a view that was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way.

Perfect Family Vacation

We just returned from a 7-night trip to Cayman. We stayed at the Marriott on Seven Mile Beach, and couldn't have been happier. We have 2 little kids (4 & 8) so we were looking for an easy trip, beautiful water and beaches, and enough activites to keep us busy but not too much that we felt too structured.

Sea, Sun Sand & Surf at the Marriott

Just back from a four day 'refresher weekend' at the GC Marriott and I wanted to add my comments to the board. Had an OF junior suite on the 5th floor, pool side of the resort so each day started and ended with perfect views and sounds of the surf.

Great location, very friendly staff

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week and had a wonderful time. Our room had a courtyard view and was a very good size and the staff were very helpful. But the perfect part of the experience was the location - the beach was just beautiful and we spent many relaxing hours lying under a parasol.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My husband and I returned to Grand Cayman after having a stop there on a cruise a few years ago, at that time we were not impressed. On that trip we stayed in Georgetown and did not see the beachfront. We booked this vacation one week prior to arrival due to a change in travel destinations.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • All hotel rates are based on double occupancy.
  • Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    1. You must present photo ID at check in.
    2. You may be required to present a valid credit card or cash deposit at check in for incidentals.
  • Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
  • The package price includes taxes. There may be an additional departure surcharge, payable to the appropriate airport authority at time of departure or prior to departure, depending upon the destination.
  • Extra luggage fees may apply and may not be included in the price. Additional fees may apply to some hotel amenities. Bed type, smoking preference and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability.
  • Changes and cancellation can be made through Paradise Cayman Vacations - All Inclusive Hotels, Flights & Vacation Packages** only. Please do not contact your travel providers to process any changes or refunds. Changes or cancellations may incur charges.
  • If Travel Protection is purchased it is non-refundable.
  • Your hotel reservation is prepaid and guaranteed for late arrival.
  • Any incidental charges at your hotel (parking, phone calls, room service, or energy surcharges) will be handled directly between you and the hotel.
  • Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
  • No refunds can be made for unused hotel nights resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, unless you've purchased a Travel Protection Plan. Please reference your insurance policy to file a claim with Travel Guard.
  • A Government-issued photo ID is required at the airport, hotel, and for Additional Services.
  • For international destinations, a valid passport, birth certificate, or certificate of naturalization, when presented with a photo I.D., are the acceptable documents for proof of citizenship for U.S. citizens, but it is highly recommended that a passport is used. Note that some destinations now accept passports only. It is the traveler's responsibility to travel with the required documents. No refunds will be made if improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry.
  • There are times when we are unable to confirm a reservation. In the rare event that this occurs, we will attempt to reach you by phone and email so that we can reaccommodate you. You must call us back within 48 hours or we may not be able to honor your original booking price.
  • If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem. Any portion of your trip that has been used is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any modifications you make to your trip without our assistance.
