Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 30 days or arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Holiday: If you cancel after Nov 1st, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Fees / Taxes
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Children under 12 years of age stay in the condos for no extra charge.
- One additional adult/teen is permitted for an additional $20 per night.
- Max of 5 people permitted in 2 bedroom units.
- Max of 2 people permitted in the honeymoon and mini penthouse suites.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
