The property is situated at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, allowing for unique panoramic views of the beach crescent and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Crescent Point is one of the few resort complexes to receive an "Excellent" rating from the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, and is one of the most reasonably priced luxury destinations for your Grand Cayman getaway.
Amenities
Luxurious amenities, spacious rooms and breathtaking oceanfront views will please even the most discriminating tastes. Each oceanfront villa has it's own private, fully screened spacious patio or balcony, fully equipped modern kitchens, washer and dryer, central A/C, a VCR, 2 color TV's, ceiling fans, and 3 spacious bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms, including a private master en-suite with separate shower, a large corner bathtub and double sinks. Oceanfront units are 1805 square feet and panorama units are 2110 square feet. Most condos come with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. Daily maid service is provided except Sundays and major holidays. Cribs and high chairs are available for families with infants. All condo units are non-smoking.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Or:
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Fees/Taxes
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Summer: Children under 12 years stay (in regular units) for no extra charge.
- Children under 12 years are not permitted in the panorama unit.
- Maximum of 6 people permitted in each condo (plus an infant).
- Additional charges: 10% government tax + 6% service charge.
- A 7 night minimum stay is required between December 15- January 05.
