I was a little worried about some of the comments left by others but when we got to the condo, we were pleasantly surprised. The outside of the resort is nothing special, looks a little drab but when we entered the remodeled rooms, our impression of the condo changed right away. During my visit, this place had no "club" of any sort open due to the conditions. They had a hurricane months before my stay here, which I was aware of, so I wasn't suprised with the damage done, but it was dissapointing. They had to use a room for the office and the tennis courts were being used as construction... more

We are not owners but have rented or stayed with family who did own. As many of the other posters have pointed out there is alot that needs to be done to this place. In regards to the end unit being occupied by live-ins and looking shabby that is correct. It appears this unit is being used by the maintenance... more

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • All hotel rates are based on double occupancy.
  • Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    1. You must present photo ID at check in.
    2. You may be required to present a valid credit card or cash deposit at check in for incidentals.
  • Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
  • The package price includes taxes. There may be an additional departure surcharge, payable to the appropriate airport authority at time of departure or prior to departure, depending upon the destination.
  • Extra luggage fees may apply and may not be included in the price. Additional fees may apply to some hotel amenities. Bed type, smoking preference and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability.
  • Changes and cancellation can be made through Paradise Cayman Vacations - All Inclusive Hotels, Flights & Vacation Packages** only. Please do not contact your travel providers to process any changes or refunds. Changes or cancellations may incur charges.
